Page color/backround trouble
Okay I am having trouble with my column.
I want to have a backround and I have it....the problem is I can't seem to get another color to go on top of it. So that you can only see a lil bit of the backround. Now I have don't this before but some how I am lost this time.
If any one could tell what I am doing wrong.

whats an L2? first, try getting a new monitor. second, read an html code chart/book, that will tell you how.
if that doesn't work, then check your power cable, if that doesn't work, go to your circuit breaker and flip it a few times, if that doesn't work, you may not have power to your house. check this by grounding yourself and grabbing the power line. if you feel anything else after that, then you don't have power.
