Well I'm 11 and when I was 10 my brother-in-law lifted up my skirt and ever since he was asking me for naked pictures and he's tried kissing me and touching me he sent me sexual messages so I told my mom about them and I deleted the messages so I didn't have proof for the police I told my sister about him lifting up my skirt but she didn't believe me please help me I don't know what to do! Oh yes and he has a child and he's 32
NessaNicolee answered Saturday May 5 2012, 5:18 am: Why would you delete them ? Well the only thing you could really do is try talking to him normal then see if he starts sexually talking to you. Only wit your parent permission, because then if you took your phone to them and showed them and they went to the police they would think it was you coming on to him, and not him coming onto you. But he may not if it came up to him about the subject he was molesting you. [ NessaNicolee's advice column | Ask NessaNicolee A Question ]
Xui answered Monday February 27 2012, 8:06 pm: Report it
That is 100% wrong of what he is doing, This man is sick. Sweetie, If he ever sends you a text message or pictures PLEASE save it and go to Mom or Dad and tell them what happened so they can go to the police and have this dirty man arrested.
PLEASE report him! This man is a pedophile and a child molester and if he has a child imagine what he could be doing to them? :( [ Xui's advice column | Ask Xui A Question ]
soph0900 answered Monday February 27 2012, 2:18 pm: If he sends you messages again, keep them as evidence and report him again! If youre only 11 and he's 32 this certainly counts as a sex offence and hes a peodophile. You must report it. Dont be afraid to Tell your Mom, and everyone and anyone who can help, Call a proper child advice line...(Id avoid that brotherinlaw from now on- dont talk to him if he's going to be like that.)
