is there a place in the world where everybody wants to have sex and is willing to do it anytime? and btw, this is a serious question. I live here in Ottawa, Canada, and the girls are somewhat interested in sex on a normal manner, but is there a country where sex is really important and where people are down all the time to do it?

Good question, Were I live it seems people are not into sex. I live in New Mexico, it is Catholic down here. I noticed when I lived in a college town in Kansas there was a lot more shagging. So your best bet is to go to a midwestern US college town. It really was a shag fest, since I moved, it has been dry like the climate here. Also warm humid coastal areas. Not too hot, not too wet, and not too dry are conducive to lots of human sexual activity not to mention animal prolification. A good example is Southern California where most pornography is produced. The porn industry is not in the bible belt or the desert, think about it. It is based in the fertile lands of California. My point being is that fertile landscape correlates with human sexual behavior. Desert landscapes attract soloist, painters, hermits, monks, priests, shamans, seekers, outlaws.

Sex is important everywhere for a whole raft of reasons, but there is no country where people just walk up to random strangers and say, "hey, wanna fuck?" I'm afraid the frequency of sex is quite the individual predilection.

If you are looking for free swinging sex, that country does not exist. There are countries where prostitution is it's main attraction. I've heard there are some countries in South East Asia where prostitution is their biggest attraction.

Some countries have the reputation for being particularly sex obsessed, Jamaica is one to my knowledge (My boyfriend is Jamaican and I have asked him questions like this) but generally, I don't believe there is a country where sex is constantly on display etc. just private groups in a lot of societies that appreciate it enough to have sex with total strangers every other day...and sluts.
