Well you could just name her Richie, or modified versions like these:
Rich, Rachie, Rachel, Rian, Rachie, Rachia, Rachen, Richina, Richian, Richana.

Hope i somewhat help!

A lot of people these days are using boy names for girls and girls for boys. I know a girl named Randy, but they've also used Adrian, which is originally a boys name, and made it Adrienne, so it was feminine. Maybe if you changed the spelling to make it more feminine, it would be a new trend or something, like if you spelled it Richee, or Richey. You could also use a lengthened form such as Richelle, (pronounced RA SHELL). There are plenty of choices and you could also go with previous advice and use it as a middle name. Or you could just name a girl Richie, there are girls out there that have that name, if you look it up on a baby names site. Hope I helped, and my condolences for your loss.
