Well, I'll just give you the basics. Diabetics can't have sugar (they can, just not a lot at once) So, when he says I'm glad I'm not diabetic, cause your so sweet...well I mean, the rest is obvious :)
It means if he was diabetic, he would have youu. So, yeahh he likes you :)
