Periods and sex
My girlfriend keeps tellin me that she cant have sex with me because she is on her periods ,is she right or is it just a trick girls use as an excuse not to have sex

she probably isn't lying. unless she's uncomfortable having sex with you. don't push her to have sex, but ask her how she feels about it, don't just assume that she's fine with it.

It's not that she can't have sex it is most likely that she is self conscious about the blood getting everywhere. Or, she may also just not want to have sex, in which that case you have to deal with it. However, maybe have a gentle talk and tell her that if it's that she thinks you won't like it..or you wil be grossed out that you love her and do not care about some body fluid.

It's entirely up the women what she is comfortable with. There is no reason she can't have sex on her period, but if she doesn't WANT to have sex on her period you are just going to have to deal with it.

you can, but first she is probablly embarassed about it cause she will get blood all over you and is afraid you will be grossed out and she might be in pain too. Hello! be more sensitive she probably has cramps or back pain or whatever and it sounds like your a little forcefull about sex if you are saying 'trick girls use as an excuse not to have sex' is she wants to have sex she wont. she should just say that. you should be a considerate bf and respect her and only have sex if she wants to and not preassure her. hope i helped

Well... <i>technically</i> she can, but unless you want bloody, messy, gross sex, I wouldn't go for it. My boyfriend and I always skip sex when I'm on my period. All that blood just isn't attractive.
