16/f im 130 lbs. & 5'7-8". now i know im not fat, & im not saying i am. but within the past month or so, my upper thighs have begun touching when i stand straight up. Excercizing doing stff such as butt kicks and chest jumps can help with your butt and thighs and cellulite can be gotten rid of with creams they sell in drugstores
