Right now,My mom hates me. She hits me and doesn't love me.
She wants to put me up for adoption.
Do you know what age you can be put up for adoption in California.

I don't want to sound like a broken record, but you can be put up for adoption the second your born!
If your mom REALLY hits you, call child services, check it up in your phone book or just call your local police - non emergency number for assistance.
I am so sorry, and I suggest you stay out of the house as much as possible, even try to ask to live with a friend? You really don't want to go in an orphanage. I've heard it's horrid.

I am so sorry for you! It must be terrible to be put in this posistion! You should really talk to an adult. I mean, you can put a baby up for adoption right when it's born but now I think that your mom putting you up for adoption at your age (however old you are) is just too wrong. You need to talk to someone.... soon.

I am so sorry that you find yourself in such an awful situation and I feel really angry with your Mom for not knowing what a gift she has in a daughter. Please talk to someone about what is going on in your home, for instance the police, a child abuse counsellor or another adult you can trust. You need to get yourself out of this situation as fast as possible. Is there a member of your family you could go and stay with? You will not always feel like this and one day your Mom may bitterly regret her treatment of you. I wish you all the very best and hope that life gets a whole lot better very soon. Take care.

I too had an abusive mother. you can give a baby up for adoption as soon as it's born. I think you would be better off living in a home full of love so let her put you up for adoption. Usually people who adopt children really want them. Hope you find a good home. You need to contact the department of social services or department of childrens services and tell them that your mom hits you.
If you're still living with your mom when school starts go to a school counseler and tell that your mom hits you. You don't have to take that abuse.

You can be put up for adoption at any age under 18. Maybe older than that, but I assume that's irrelevant because you (probably) wouldn't be living with her.
