thats seriously fucked up. she is not a good friend. it sounds like she likes attention. if people just ask you about it be like "thats really care that your dying soo much to know gossipe about me." thats what i always do. and just dont let it get to you. and this girl must really care alot about you to spread all these rumors about you.
