I'm not a doctor or anything like that but this is my opinion. I'm in my late thirties and when I was a teenager I dated alot of girls. I was very curious!! AND VERY LUCKY!!! After that I married. All the girls that I had been with and all the guys she had been with didn't do anything but put a big slash in our relationship. Just because it happened before you meet your true love doesn't mean that it isn't going to matter. It Will! Do yourself a favor, Read all about STD's and you want even want to have sex! I have a hard headed 17 yo daughter that could confirm that! You're really lucky you can say you're a virgin. If anyone picks on you about it, it's because they wish they could say it again. But they cant "Ever" again so they try to bring you down to where they are. They are scaired that you are going to be better than them.

i guess im different from everyone else here. i am happy with who i lost it to and when i did. i was not married. i mean sure, you are going to want to be "pure and innocent" for every guy you have relations with. marriage or not. its just a part of life. just make sure its what you want.

It's only natural for you to want sex, but are you ready & is it the right thing to do? - is the real question. It's more "fun" & special when you're with someone who is holding out too. All I can say is don't waste it with someone who's not going to be around weeks or months down the road. Save it for someone who you love & truly care about - such as a husband or atleast a very serious boyfriend. You may not realize it now (at a younger age), but when you wait till you've matured..you'll be SO THANKFUL you waited till then.

well i wasnt a virgin when i got married, but my husband and i both wished we had waited so we would have something special to give each other. also, we had done pretty much everything before we got married, so on our wedding night, it was like "well, this isn't anything new." in fact, i think we both just fell asleep because we were so tired after the wedding!

I'm a virgin as well, and I've heard plenty of people tell me they wish they could still be like me. How true that is for most I don't know, but I think most people regret their first time, and that's what brings it on. If you're going to have sex for the first time, don't be stupid and lose it to the first person who wants to sleep with you.
