No you can't get sick, but many people prefer not to for obvious reasons. Some do enjoy it though and it's really up to you and your partner whether you choose to or not.

No, its not bad it might actually make the girl feel either better because we're very sensitive when on our period or uncomfortable because we sometimes just want to be left alone lol. but if it will make you sick... all I can tell you is you will be ingesting some blood but also talk to the girl it depends on her blood flow!

Um, have you ever heard of BLOODBORNE PATHOGENS? I think you need to ask yourself these questions first: How long have you been in a relationship with this person? Do you know that this person isn't a carrier of any bloodborne disease?
Perhaps if you want to pleasure your partner orally during her menstral cycle, you should consider using a dental dam or some saran wrap.

Whatever you do don't just go for it as you normally would. Blood in itself would not make you sick but menstral blood is not pure. theres a lot of other things in it you don't want in your mouth. If you guys are insistant on going through with it, have her shower/bathe right before wash the area well, and when you go down don't go anywhere near her vagina, or vaginal opening. Instead keep your attentions focused soley on her clitoris, because once shes showered and washed up the menstration won't be anywhere near her clit for a little while. And yes doing it on her period is rather odd, but I will say it's not unheard of.

Yeah. I don't think it would be a good idea. If you don't get sick, it'll just be very gross. Any girl who want you to do this to them while there on their period isn't worth your time. And yeah, I would say it's bad. You could get an STD just like you could if you guys were not doing it while she was on her period. There are other ways of making her feel good besides her eating out. Finger her, or make out with her. Just please don't eat her out while she's on her period. Hope I helped.
