ok, well it depends, girls look for funny, hot,(but they dont have to be) some look for bad boys, some look for ladies men, you need to just be yourself because even if that doesnt work for you now, it will in the long run

girls look for boys who are comftorble with who they are, butnot showy about it. boys who can keep up a conversation. boys who will tell them when they like them, and show them how much they like them. boys who tell them theyre pretty. boys who will make tme to spend with them.

im a girl and what i love in guys is a sanse of humor, keeps me laughing, keeps me smiling, sooo cute and adorable by the way he acts, not afraid to admit that he made a mistake, isnt perfect, loves to give hugs, isnt there just for kissing, is fun to hang out with, keep a good conversation going becuase im a girl and we get nervous and i suck at talking lol, will joke around and say ur such a sped.l..but thats why i love you..stuff like that. and like if i fall or stuff like you can laugh but not too much and like help me up. hang out with me with his friends and not exclude me..kiss me on the forehead stuff like that. just someone whos fun to be around ya kno?

A guy that has a really good since of humor, opens the door for a lady,sweet,and protective.
But I also, look at his appearance, like his smile. (Does he have good white teeth?) The way how he dresses. His eyes, what color eyes does he have. Thats the sorta of things I pay attention to. Hope this helps any.

haha whoaaa lots of things. this is for me specifically - girls are different though.
what i look for specifically is if they're nice (smiling) when i first see them. really hot eyes also attract me right off.
trust. like a secret- if i'm friends with a guy and i tell them something, i hope that i can trust them and they won't go around telling all their little guyfriends. i hate guys that are mean to me, even if they're joking. some girls just can't handle TOO many "just kidding"s. if a guy breaks one of my promises- it's over.
i also like guys that are smart... if they're dumb it's a major turn off.
