Go to this website it gives you alot of ideas on how to lose it in those spots.
nerissa answered Saturday February 3 2007, 4:09 am: ok.. different sit ups can work different areas of your abs. for example, side sit ups will work on your side aeas. also theres other ways INSTEAD of sit ups. try laying on your back with both legs in the air. drop both legs until you have about an inch of space between the floor and your legs. THE GOAL IS TO USE YOUR STOMACH MUSCLES TO HOLD YOUR lEGS UP. make sure it doesnt touch the floor or else its cheating yourself. remember the burning feeling means your muscles are WORKING. try that out for a while.
also make sure you eat healthy. it really matters what goes into your body [ nerissa's advice column | Ask nerissa A Question ]

ccupcake07 answered Friday February 2 2007, 9:32 am: For you're stomach, a good excercise would be partial curl ups. If yuo don't know what that is it's where you lay on the floor with you're knees up and you bring you're hands up over you're legs 10-15 times and it will build yuo're stomach muscle. If you don't understand how to do it then email me and i will try to explain it better. I hope i helped. [ ccupcake07's advice column | Ask ccupcake07 A Question ]
blair_ok answered Friday February 2 2007, 3:26 am: Well I would like to say that my name is Alex and I would recommend for your arms lift weights, for you thighs-treadmills, and for your stomache curl-ups.
It's agonizing and it takes a while but it works.
audra answered Friday February 2 2007, 12:06 am: i have a personal trainer at a local gym that i go to, my trainer put me on a rotation of 20 minutes mid intensity (high is fine to) or cardio... walking/running on a tread mill, or bicycle, (i do high intenisty eliptical, burns more calories)
after the 20-30 mins of that then she has me do 2 sets of 15 reps of various core and upper body strengthening excersizes: military press, bi-cep curls, upper lower back presses, leg curls, etc.
if you have major probelm areas then i would suggest this routine, if you just wanna lose 15 pounds then i'd suggest a simple cardio workout 30 minutes 3-4 times a week will do the trick.
