Being hot at one school and not another??
I don't get it. I'm a guy and at my school girls arn't like omg he's so hot or wow. But...when i go to a different school like to visit friends or somthing all the girls are like giggling and all that stuff and i get like 10 numbers. I dont get it. If girls could please answer this question that'd be great. Thanks.

It's the same at my school. Except i'm a girl and it happens to a different guy. He told me at his old school all the girls would be all up on him like, "you're hot!" or "You're cute!" And at my school now everyones like, "ew, it's him."
I honestly think it's because when you go to the other schools they see a new face and they're like, he's cute, etc. But at your current school they see you on a daily basis so they're just like oh, it's him.
It could also be that the girls at your school have a different "taste" in guys than the girls at the other schools. Some girls honestly don't like hot guys. Some do. Like me. :] But anyways, some girls do have different "taste" in guys and maybe the girls at your school just don't think your so hot.

i think its probably because the girls atyour school are so used to seeing you everyday. To these other girls your a fresh face. Like if im out and i see this gorgeous guy im going to want to get to know him because well, i dont. but if he went to my school he woud probably just be like all the rest. i hope im making sense. senda picture to my inbox, ill set things straight for you. ;]

I think alot of people have this problem. It may be because they have known you for so long and they have seen you at your worst. They know what you used to look like, and they don't see the "hotter person" you have turned into. But it's different with other people you don't know. All they see is a cute guy and boom.

just remember with all of this i dont know you, and so im not judging YOU. im judging other cases that Ive seen. maybe your a jerk, or have a bad reputation. no matter how hot a guy is, me and my friends would never give him the time of day if he was a jerk/perv/both. or maybe your decent looking and when you go to other schools the girls there are looking for a new face because all the hotties they know are tacken? or maybe the girls in your school are just retarded and cant see what a great guy you are. ei

oh man. i know what you're talking about, seeing as how i'm a girl and i've definitely done that before. it's because they don't know you. if there's ever a new guy at my school, EVER, all the girls are talking about him, and we all try to scope him out as soon as possible. just to see if he's boyfriend material. of course, most of them are losers. anyway. it's like, it's really awkward to have a crush on somebody that you've known since the third grade, so when new guys show up, all the girls go for him. i hope that made sense.

i have the same problem. at my school, not many people say in "hot", but ask people at other schools, and they always say im "hot". people tell me all the time that its probably because the people at my school have known me for a while and have grown up with me,and see me all the time, but people at different schools havent, and that im someone new and different than everyone at their school. so that could be a possibility.

the overall style of the other schools you visit are interested in your type, and the school you go to isnt as interested. If this doesnt make much sence lemme give you an example. Prep is the style. If your a preppy guy your bound to be loved. Go to the school 10 minutes away and the cool thing is skater, so if if you came from my school to that skool you wont be as loved. In weird occasions you'll be hot at your school and hotter at another school. Its just what most girls from the particular schools you go to is in you, and what the girls are looking for at your school, isnt in you

well this could be for three reasons.
one: different groups of people so other people as hot. whoever the "popular" ones at your school are, dictate whats hot and whats not. this sucks, but its true. so if the "popular" guys have a different look than you, that might be the problem.
two: since you know the people at this other school think your hot, you might act a little more confident and be a little more charming. try carrying that cofidence over to your regular school and don't worry if people will laugh at you.
three: maybe people do think your hot, they just are afraid to tell you because they have to see you everyday or there your friends. if you like a girl at your school, go for it and see what happens.

My best guess is that the girls at the other school don't see you everyday, so when somebody new comes along they're like, woahhh new hottie! I'm sure the girls at your school don't think you're ugly, just, at a different school you're a new face.
Also, you could be subconsciously doing something different when you go to the other school. An extra flip of your hair? Gazing into other girls' eyes more than usual? Making eye contact with more people? Walking more or less cofidently?
Only other thing I can think of, is do you go there for sports, in a shirt and tie? Because I, like a fair few other girls I know, find that EXTREMELY attractive.

well your school sounds a lot like mine. see (i do this too) but when girls in my school see an unfirmilar guy we tend to think he's very hot and everyone wants to talk to him and get to know him. but like say the kid started to go to our school, girs lighten up about it and he's like 'old news' so thats probably what happened...sorry bud =(

every ones attracton is diffrent just be cause a group of girls find you attractive doesnt mean every girl does. just like how your attracted to certain girls its a matter of taste. for example: alot of women find brad pit to be very attractive while i on the other hand dont really see why or think hes cute.just because a group of girl thought you were hot at the school doesnt mean every single one of them do and just because no ones like omg hes hot at your school doesnt mean there arent some girls who think you are. your going to get diffrent vibes from people anywhere you go it's normal and a matter of preference.everyone has a diffrent perspective about whats hot and whats not.

Hey. It's probably because the girls at your school already know all the guys so it's not as interesting to them since they already know you. Girls like to find a nice hot guy that they've never met because it's more interesting and a good find too. The girls at your school already know you and already know you're hot. So at the other school they see you as this new guy that is a good find (so to say). I'm a girl so I'm pretty sure this is why. I really hope this helped and good luck! =)

Schools are different with different people so not all the girls are gonna think your hot. Girls don't all like hot guys, I'm a girl so I'd know.
