This is no way to present yourself. Not to him, or anyone else. Number one, it makes you sound so desperate for a boyfriend that it outright makes me sad. And I don't even know you. How do you think it will sound to him and everyone else you know once the word gets around?
It makes me cringe, really, because, number two, it's selling yourself. You would be selling to this boy sexual favors in return for an empty relationship. Because, lets take it at face value, an empty relationship is all it would be.

Personally I think it's the lamest plan i've ever heard in my whole 15 and a half years of living. Yeah, he'll say yes and you'll be together. Only because he wants the blowjobs.
