He might, he might not. This is a tricky situation. But to me, it sounds like he does cause no guy usually tells a girl they're pretty and that they miss them and calls them a couple times if they're not interested in them again.
Maybe try and hang out with him sometime soon ( group of people or no group doesn't matter ) and see how he acts around you. Does he flirt or give you extra attention or anything? If he does, these are common signs that he's interested in you again.
