Is there any way to make your boobs look bigger? I know, awkward lol, but i'd love to know....

You can try the Victoria's Secret push up bra. It works!!!! Also, you could put cotton in your bras to make it look real. But i recommend the push up bra.

gaining weight (i highly dont recomend it but it works; youll be chubby everywhere, not only your boobs. but then you can go loose weight and your boobs will stay the same size)

putting bronzer around your boobs and cleavage area help them appear larger

a wall push up: stand about arms length from a wall. bend your arms (elbows out) so that you lean into the wall until you touch your forhead. make sure the rest of your body moves with you.

Don't stuff your bra. Buy a push up bra. It pushes them up [obviously], and makes them look bigger/fuller.

well buy them "cups" that go inside the bra but whatever you do DONT STUFF YOUR BRA! you might think that it looks normal but trust me i have seen girls that do that. (i mean i didnt see them stuff it) and anyways it looks tacky and unnatural.

The only real way to make your boobs look bigger, is to purchase a nice push-up bra. You can find alot of good push-up bras at Victoria Secret, or you can consider buying those natural bras they've shown in the commercial where you can wear strapless outfits with them and everything. I forget what they're called, and I'd search it for you, but this is my grandparents computer and I don't think they'd be too happy finding that in their search history, haha.
