Cell phone

Question Posted Saturday December 23 2006, 4:21 pm

I'm moving in a week and we're getting new cell phones/plans. What is the best phone I can gete for under $250? Any deals you've seen with certain providers? I mostly call & text but pics & videos wouldn't hurt. Durability is always a plus. I want a really good phone so any opinions are appreciated. I'm sixteen & a female. <3

i know it seems like everyone has them- but i like the razor phones. im a big fan. and now theyve got them coming out in all kinds of pretty colors. ive got the pink one, but theyre all the same phone. they get an awesome signal, and theyre very easy to manage because the buttons are a flat screen. and talk about durability- my gramma's razor got seen by the dog, and chewed up a lil bit,but it still works just like new. i recommend the razor. and cingular is the best way to go if you ask me.

Top 2 favorite phones:

Motorola Razr - 49.99 (text, IM, camera, video, games + internet.)

T-Mobile Sidekick - 249.99 - Just what you said :] haha. But its SO worth it. My best friend has one and its utterly amazing. It has a built in MP3 player, text, IM, camera, video, games, internet and its built like a keyboard ..EASY texting.

Verizon gets pretty good service anywhere.. I just don't know what phone I would recommend, because mine has had battery problems & I've had to get about three new batteries for it. But they have other phones with picture & video messaging.

I love the Motorola Razr phone. Lots of carriers have the Razr, but some companies have phones similar to the Razr. They are good because they do lots of stuff (call, text, pictures, AIM, etc), they don't take up much space, and they come in many different colors. I have a pink Cingular Razr, and it was about $200. I think that this phone is about the same price for most carriers, except for possibly the Dolce and Gabbana Gold Razr (it's probably much more expensive.) Hope I helped!
