it's fine to swallow a few, just remember to take them out. that could hurt your digestion, so yea, just try not to make a habit, as everyone else has said.

Just try to bring a bag to meals so you'll remember that you have to put them in there.
=)

Nothing will happen to you because you swallowed a rubber band. im just wondering how its going to come out. When you pick up your food remember that its going into your mouth witch has rubber bands.

its alright, they arent harmful, but that doesnt mean you should just swallow them.

basically, just try harder to remeber to take them out, but if you swallow it, it wont be too bad (unless you swallow like 50, but i doubt that will happen)

Hahaha, I think it's fine if you swallow a couple, but don't try and make a habit of it. Just try as much as you can to remind yourself to take them out, and have your parents try and help and remind you as well, and ask your friends if they can in school and such.

I hope I helped.

I swallowed a lot of my rubber bands just because I always forgot to take them out when I ate. I asked my orthodotist and he said they won't harm you but don't get in the habit of doing it.

I dont think it would be harmful to swallow a few, but you shouldnt get used to leaving them in. They might get stuck in your throat one day and that wouldnt be good.

This happened to me once.
A few times isn't harmful, as they're quite small and will pass through your body easily! ;)
But you wouldn't want a build up of 100's of them in your body!
Just try to remember to take them out next time. I know.. hassle. :(
