i eat scrambled eggs w/ baby spinach in them but that takes a bit of time, i use the egg beaters product because its healthier than regular eggs. nutri grain has some pretty good breakfast bars. theres another breakfast bar i like called luna bars and theyre really good b/c theyve got alot of vitamins in them. those dannon light and fit smoothies are really good too to grab on the go. special K is really good too. and a glass of milk, or orange juice, actually any kind of juice in the morning is good.if you like bagels they can be quick and easy if you buy the ones that are pre cut, but im not a big bagel fan. also there are like bags of frozen fruit in the grocery store and theyre good for breakfast, jut pour some into a bowl and eat it, and fresh fruit is even greater if you have it on hand.

Nothing better than a breakfast of eggs, either whole wheat toast or oatmeal a fresh piece of fruit and milk or juice. And breakfast should be eaten everyday, not every other day.

puffins! it's like the best cereal ever! they're all-natural corn puffs in various flavors (peanut butter is the only one I eat). I eat them with fortified soymilk. I'll eat a piece of fruit or a clif bar (or just more cereal) about two hours later when I'm at school. it works out really well for me.

Try smoothies. They're full of fruit, so they're good for you, and they keep you going. However, make sure you get a brand that uses all natural ingredients and not lots of sugar and sweeteners.
