Moop answered Sunday August 27 2006, 12:17 pm: puffins! it's like the best cereal ever! they're all-natural corn puffs in various flavors (peanut butter is the only one I eat). I eat them with fortified soymilk. I'll eat a piece of fruit or a clif bar (or just more cereal) about two hours later when I'm at school. it works out really well for me. rainbowcherrie answered Sunday August 27 2006, 12:06 pm: Try smoothies. They're full of fruit, so they're good for you, and they keep you going. However, make sure you get a brand that uses all natural ingredients and not lots of sugar and sweeteners. [ rainbowcherrie's advice column | Ask rainbowcherrie A Question ]
