fairygodmother92 answered Tuesday August 22 2006, 10:07 pm: well... if you have bags under your eyes it usually means that your not sleaping all 9 hours you should be.. so my advice to you is for you to wash your face with soap and water every night before you go to bed... and at least hit the sack(go to bed) at around 9 o clock... i know that it sounds dorky and for little kids but if you want to lose those bags then do as i said...
duudee_advicer answered Tuesday August 22 2006, 9:43 pm: Most teenages need about 8-10 hours of sleep each night. I know from expeirence that the amount of sleep I get really effects my dark circles. (I have them all the time too, no matter how much I sleep)
Yeah so, I recommend putting ice right below your eyes for about 10 minutes every morning before school, this should soften the color and reduce the puffyness.
Makeup works wonders on my circles too;
Heres a link on seventeen.com on how to
best apply makeup to help cover those stubborn circles up :)

caramella answered Tuesday August 22 2006, 9:17 pm: If you put wet tea bags under your eyes 15 min everyday,they will get lighter.You just keep putting them till you see a result.And drink a lot of water and make sure you get enough sleep. [ caramella's advice column | Ask caramella A Question ]
sassysara answered Tuesday August 22 2006, 9:08 pm: Using tea bags works well as does using cucumbers which reduce the "puffiness" part of the bags. Getting more sleep may help if you are under sleeping but it could also be due to stress so reducing any worries and stress may help as well. [ sassysara's advice column | Ask sassysara A Question ]
