MelLeDisko answered Wednesday August 9 2006, 5:59 pm: Just take some tylenol or advil. What I've done before is just stayed away from really hard food until my teeth stopped hurting and just had some soft food or ice cream or other cold stuff too because that makes your teeth really cold and you feel less pain. Sometimes I also just try not and think about it, I read a book or I watch tv instead. I hope I helped. [ MelLeDisko's advice column | Ask MelLeDisko A Question ]
uisforukelele answered Wednesday August 9 2006, 4:44 pm: take tylenol or advil. there's not much else you can do, i'm afraid. it always helped me when i got mine tightened to go do something that would take my mind off of it. like, i would get them tightened and then go to school so i would be thinking about other stuff and hanging out with my friends.
