Ok, then I shall be blunt back. Haha. Im just kidding you. Yes you can pee with a tampon in. Although if it is full, then it might slip out while you are peeing or come out a little. What I do is, just pull the string back away from my pee hole and just pee. Its that simple. :] Hope I have helped.
