well, i have an ash blonde hair color. it's blonde but it has like this touch of ash and it's a very uncommon haircolor. like not that many people have it. I LOVE MY HAIR! but, recently i just was wondering what i would look like as a brunet. like, a light brown/medium brown hair? but, i'm afraid to use hair dye because what if i never get my ash blonde back? is there anything i can use that won't harm my hair as much.l i hear celophane might work and henna. but, i wanted to get the opinion of others before i went ahead and did it because i

If you want a definate answer get a cheap bran and do a little strip of hair and see compared to normal if you like it and if it will go back to normal.

You can use a semipermenant hair color. They will wash out in 24 washes usually. And if you like it you can move to permanant. Even if you do use permenant your hair will eventually grow out but it will take a year or so. Just try a demi or semi permanent color first.

I have dyed my hair a bunch of times, and no matter what dye you usse your hair color will grow back. :)

You can use a rinse. Loreal has this moose that is a rinse and you can choose from a mutiple of colors. You can get this at any store. Hope I helped.

you could use color pulse hair dye. it washes out in 8-10days, and you can see if you like it that way :)

You could use temporary hair dye. And there are some products that can wash out just once or twice. And the temporary hair dye takes 8 to 10 washes. It will not harm your hair. You can find many varieties of these pruducts at a local drugstore.

Here in Canada they have these photo places in the mall that can actually show you how you would look with a different hair colour, nose, etc... If you are going to dye I would use vegetable dye (its what pregnant women use) this does not ruin your hair and is grows out naturally.

Well, you could try the local drugstore for a temp hair color called Color Pulse. It washes out in about 8 washes...sometimes it lasts a bit longer. Im pretty sure that they have a brunette.

I am guessing your hair is natural. Well i would try a temp. Hair color. Most last about 8 washing max and can give you a preview to what your hair will look like. Also most of the time if you dye it brown it will turn blonde again because of fading within a week or two. Thats what happen to my sister anyways
