However if your like me and simply not a morning persin, try evening... like right after dinner. Not too late because running (and other physical activities) gets blood flowing and your heart beating which makes you more awake and less likely to fall asleep fast.

Ashley9391 answered Wednesday July 12 2006, 12:13 am: I like going in the morning because it's not too warm outside, it gives me more energy during the day, and personally when I wake up earlier and go to bed later I feel more refreshed... I know that's weird, but I dont know, it might work for you. :)
