Anything from Cleasil or Nutregina or Aveeno.
What ever is a daily wash or a scrub. You can buy them at drugstores like CVS or Walgreens/Walmart or the grocery store. They range from 5 - 14 dollars. But be sure to buy a moisterizer because dry skin also causes breakouts.

Go to Wal-Mart and get something called AcneFree.

It works really well and cost about $4. It usually gets rid of pimples overnight =]

Tea tree oil is cheap, natural, and works really well. You can get it at health food stores, Trader Joe's, Walmart/Target, and most drugstores.

Oxy Pads. They are amazzzzzzzzzzing. They either got a new package or I'm using the men's ones but it's a black package with red writing. It's a miracle. My face is almost completely cleared after almost 2 days.

Well, what really works for me, is just dove soap. And then a face mask. Like you know how they have that kind that's actually greene that you could buy from the store? If you use that once a day for about a week, it'll help a lot! Because it makes them less noticable, and the dove soap cleans your skin out really well! Just use it everyday in the shower! I've been doing this for about 6 days.. and my face is praticially clear, and it wasn't really before! So I hope it works for you!

Mackenzie answered Friday July 7 2006, 6:43 pm:
I say it's always best to use a simple acne and oil fighting product; such as:

(which can be purhchased at Walgreens for $4.49)

or:

follwed immediately by:

(which can be purchased at Walgreens for $6.99)

Also, if you're willing to entertain the idea of a facial, those are awesome. Certain types target specific problems, so make sure to read the label. It's a fun, easy and CHEAP way to renew your skin. I usually get some friends together and make a night of it, but that's just me. :P If you're interested though, we keep it simple.. and use:

[Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
(that one claims to spefically target oily skin, but there's many different packets produced by that company.)

So yeah, those are the products I use, and I can honestly say I have seen nothing short of fantastic results. [:

Something else I'd like to add. I see you've been recommended Biore? I've never personally tried them, so I can't give my opinion either way. However, a bunch of my friends have. They said it's the 'biggest joke on the market'.. (Just figured you might appreciate ALL opinions. :D)

PunkieFreak4690 answered Friday July 7 2006, 6:37 pm:
For quick reduction and dimishing of pimples, use Salicylic Acid and Benzol Peroxide - the two most effective ingredients. They both prevent, treat, and protect from pimples. Also, Triclosan which is antibacterial, can fight the bacteria that makes you break out. You can find Triclosan, like Nozema acne treatments or Benzol Peroxide and/or Salicylic Acid in Clean&Clear or Clearasil acne medications, also found in Drugstores.
