im the same height same age and around the same weight yea its normal trust me if your over like 175 and your 5'9 thats over weight your in the middle which is considered average cuz the range is like 120-175 so your good to go! if you lose the weight youll still be considered normal weight so good luck!

Your weight is normal, but if you do want to lose weight than make sure not to go under 135 lbs. If you do you'll end up looking really skinny, and that is just as bad as being overweight.

Also I dont think you really need to lose weight to get rid of the "little pouch" in front, some sit ups or curl ups might do the trick.

Since your tall, your not that overweight && it may even be average! If you want to loose weight to make yourself feel more comfortable, than do it for yourself but not for anyone else! I would say around 130 for a tall person like you! Good luck!

The general...and I stress GENERAL...rule is 5' is 100 and 5 pounds for every inch above that. However, if you are seriously worried and/or just curious, go see your doctor.

charts are ehh. your about 10 pounds overwieght. (well if you want to be thin, avg for 5'9 is like 135, but for like really THIN) 5'9 is tall, so you shouldnt compare your weight to other girls who weigh like 120 because your tall

No, that seems normal because of how tall you are. If you wanna loose a few pounds thats ok, but dont go to far.

Here's some charts that might be of help...

[Link](Mouse over link to see full location)

It gives averages of weight and height, but not weight vs. height as far as I can see... Google it and you should come up with something more.

Good luck!
