im a 15 year old girl and im around 5'9" and 150 pounds.. is that average? i have a little pouch in the front that i HATE so im gonna lose weight soon but what would be the average weight i should be?
cutie_pie answered Monday May 29 2006, 10:52 pm: Your weight is normal, but if you do want to lose weight than make sure not to go under 135 lbs. If you do you'll end up looking really skinny, and that is just as bad as being overweight.
omg_JULIANNE answered Monday May 29 2006, 3:54 pm: Since your tall, your not that overweight && it may even be average! If you want to loose weight to make yourself feel more comfortable, than do it for yourself but not for anyone else! I would say around 130 for a tall person like you! Good luck!
CavieOwnsU2 answered Monday May 29 2006, 12:51 pm: The general...and I stress GENERAL...rule is 5' is 100 and 5 pounds for every inch above that. However, if you are seriously worried and/or just curious, go see your doctor. [ CavieOwnsU2's advice column | Ask CavieOwnsU2 A Question ]
orphans answered Monday May 29 2006, 11:06 am: charts are ehh. your about 10 pounds overwieght. (well if you want to be thin, avg for 5'9 is like 135, but for like really THIN) 5'9 is tall, so you shouldnt compare your weight to other girls who weigh like 120 because your tall [ orphans's advice column | Ask orphans A Question ]
