I know this questions get annoying, however I really want to loose 10 pounds before the summer ends. I don't like my body and I want every inch of fat of it gone. I just hate it. Please help me. I need a specific plan, not just a eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and do crunches kind of thing. I kind of want a day my day scheduale of exercises and fitness I can do. Also, how to eat heathly and stop emotional eating tips would be greatly appreciated. Please help.

Lalagurl answered Sunday May 28 2006, 11:41 pm: not to me it doesnt its not annoying to me at all. trust me if you exercise and eat right everyday you'll lose more than 10 pounds! i'm doing the same thing so we can do it together.everyday you could probably go to the YMCA or go swimming everyday with a bonus of running like a mile or so. motivate yourself to stop eating bad food or have ur mom throw all that crap away or hide it. put like a picture of a total hunk with a 6-pack and great abs in your room. lol thats motivated me!
