BRUNETTE__BABiE__CAKESZ answered Sunday May 14 2006, 4:22 pm: hey, well theres not much you can do except wash your face daily with a product(s). once you find the namebrand that works best for your face use it in the morning and at night. keep experiemetnign with products. say your trying out clearasil. dont use clearasil and neutrogena. only use one namebrand but you can use multiple prducts from that namebrand if you wish. cait♥ [ BRUNETTE__BABiE__CAKESZ's advice column | Ask BRUNETTE__BABiE__CAKESZ A Question ]

Emmiekiddo567 answered Sunday May 14 2006, 1:56 pm: Start eating healthy foods like vegtables and fruits and drink lots and lots of water(perferably 6-8 glasses a day). Showering everyday helps too. And if you have long hair or hair that gets into the way or your face put it in a pony and try to keep your hands off your face no matter what. Also I think you should go to see a dermatologist and ask them about doxy cycline. Its a pill that works very well for me but you have to give it a while before it really starts laying down the law. ( This is for most good acne medications.) Your doctor might also recomend Acutane. However, it has MANY MANY risks.
Hope everything goes well.

summerGIRL_xo answered Sunday May 14 2006, 1:05 pm: wash your face at the beginning & end of each day - with regular soap, proactiv, whatever. dont touch your face with your fingers alot because your fingers have grease on them and stuff. also, chocolate, soda, and other foods cause pimples so eat more healthy - fruits, veggies, etc. [ summerGIRL_xo's advice column | Ask summerGIRL_xo A Question ]

herbivore answered Sunday May 14 2006, 12:11 pm: hey. the thing that i would suggest is to eat healthy foods, drink LOTS of water: like 6-8 glasses a day, and dont wash your face too much because that can irrate the skin and make it worse. you could also schedule a dermatoligist appointment and they could give you some medication to help clear your skin up. also, you might want to go out in the sun for a while, im not talking about all day, but for about 15 minutes about twice a day. the sun will help clear it up, but make sure to wear a light sunscreen. well, i dong know if you are a boy or a girl, but if you are a girl, try not to wear makeup for a while so it wont clog your pores. hope this helps!! :) ♥ ♥ ♥ [ herbivore's advice column | Ask herbivore A Question ]
