ok so my girl said that she was on the pill so we had sex and i came inside of her, but then she told me she had been nin the sominican republic and been off the pill, so now we're real worried that she might get pregnent. now i came inside of her, but she was on the pill before that and she has both highly heavy and irregular periods. so im hoping that cut the chances of pregnancy down, is there anything else we can do to cut down the chances of pregnancy. and please no lectures. just help. we're real scared

Okay, i'm new at this whole tampon thing. Will You all give me some tips to make it go in easier? It's just not working for me and i've been trying forever!! Also, what tampons are the best to use?



I use tampax pearl , the first time you stick the tampon in , it's probably going to be unconfortable. It was for me & now when i wear them i don't even notice it's in. It's easier for me to get it in when i'm bleeding heavy. My friend said she put vasaline on the tampon when she first started but i wouldnt try that. Um if your really dry down there , like not bleeding alot it's probably going to be harder.

Some tips:

i take my tampon out every time i go to the bathroom. Don't be scared when you pull the string that it will get stuck, cause chances are it wont.

Don't forget about it and leave it in. :]

For cramps i use pamprin it works wonders... :]

ok, me and my girlfriend are planning on having sex,and she is scared that the condom might break or she might get pregnant. i was wondering if i pull out soon enough and im using a condom if that would decrease the chances, even tho theres the pre cuming thing? and i was also wondering if there are any other precautions we could take besides for birth control?

If you use a condom , don't get the kind ultra thin. Yes, if you use a condom && pull out it is better then not pulling out and using the condom. hope i help'd. & don't just say o we are going to have sex. You need to think about it. Most people regret loosing their virginty , [ like me ] .

I am overweight by about 40-50 pounds. Up until 2 days ago, I could take out a 2 liter of soda like it wasnt nothing. I've started drink water (for the first time in ages) and am trying to kick the soda habit. My back hurts constantly, to the point where it consumes all my thoughts. I need help. I'm also a 38DDD cup size. Someone tell me what to do I cant take this back pain ANYMORE! I also smoke. Yea I know I'm destroying myself! Right now I'm willing to do anything. I'd rather not quit smoking right now though because I suspect I need to lose the weight and stuff and I can't kick everything at once! I rate!!

Ok , First thing to do is stop drinking so much soda [ yes it will be hard probably, but force yourself ]. Having a couple sodas [ like 2 a week ] is ok but mostly drink healthy stuff. I personally like crystal light, it's low on sugar & better then sodas. I drink apple juice too.

& 2nd , believe it or not , not eating makes you get bigger. Because of your metabilism. So just think about it , you not eating is making you gain weight. Just a simple thing to do is eat && eat healthy.

Some healthy stuff i recommend : fruit [bananas,apples,peaches,pares,watermelon &such.]

Veggies [ celery,corn,green beans,peas, [salads ], to me a tomato is a veggie but w/e.

Some not so healthy food :

Now believe it or not whole white bread is not good for you, i would be wheat and if you don't like that then i think they have breads that have wheat in them but dont taste like it. White bread surely doesnt make you loose weight remember that.

you should stay away from greasy foods , your probably one of those people that go to mcdonald's && if so i don't blame you i go there to. But every time i go there i force my self to get chicken nuggets. The burgers there might taste good, but it's extremly bad for your health. Those type of fast food places have so much grease in their foods, i got a cheese burger from mcdonalds and grease was literaly pouring off the burger, gross , i know! Those kinda places are addicting but sometimes when i think of going to them , i pick arbys , or just get a salad at one of those places. Also i don't know if you read, but if you ever get the chance check out a library or something to get the book " chew on this" once you read this book you will think totally diffrent about mcdonalds and other fast food joint's.

Also , working out is good. I do situps and it's helping me alot. Not being active , doesnt make you loose weight. :/

I read a really sad thing about an abused dog throughout so many years and it made me cry and think about my puppy...and now i cant seem to get it off of my mind...any advice on how to let this go?

I only read a little bit of that on funnyjunk.com... and i couldnt bare to read any more. Did your dog die ? if so i'm terribly sorry && atleast i can say i know how it feels! If it helps my dog got ran over and she was only 2 yrs old on march 23rd 06... and thats a day ill never forget. And if your puppys still alive then be happy. :] theres nothing to worry about. and believe it or not dogs and cats dont understand what humans say. Yes they have a brain but they dont understand us. And HEY! if your puppy did die, and when and if you feel like getting another please and i mean this with all my heart.. ADOPT. plz youll be saving a life. and if you ever get a chance to read a book read " the man who talks to dogs" . millions of dogs get put in gas chambers a year if people dont adopt them.

Just know that if your dog did die and you feel bad because you read it your not the only one im thinking about it right this sec. and how to try to forget about it is hang out with your friends or do something active... even shed a few tears, hell? what can it hurt.

so my boyfriend of 2 years broke up w/ me about 2 & a half months ago & I am still upset about it. Some days I hate him & other days I miss him & want him back. When he broke up w/ me he said @ first it was because I was possessive and then he told me he just wanted to be single for awhile. Well two weeks later he starts dating a girl who is 15 (he is 17) & she lives 3 hours away. And they only had met once before they started dating. I don't know what to do anymore. Ive been depressed for awhile & it feels like I will never get over it. Then school is going to start in less then a month and Im really scared to see him because I haven't seen him all summer and I loved it but Im afraid when I see him @ school Im going to get upset and the progress I had made will be gone. Do you think that his relationship is just a rebound? And he will ever call me again to apologize? I just want some answers but I dont want to talk to him until they break up. What should I do? I dont think I wuold take him back but as selfish as this is I would just like him to say he made a mistake and want me back so I can say no, you missed your chance.

Ok, i personally think you should get over him i know it will be very hard b/c if i ever lost my boyfriend i would be devistated. ( i'm 15 & he's 17). I think that's really low of your ex to dump you because of that & he just want's to go out and find other people i think he just gave you a excuse, he's not worth your time. & he want's you to come crawling back to him so he can turn you down, DONT do that. When school starts show him you don't care and look your best if you want him back. And if he doesn't talk to you after that then it isn't ment to be. But don't try to talk to him wait for him to come to you. Also to keep him off your mind try not to listen to sad songs, think about your memories and hang out with your friends as much as possible. You'll get over him i so promise. Exspeacilly if you go find someone else.

I downloaded a new codec to watch a movie, after I did it I instolled it and then all hell broke loss.
A massege on my tollbar apeared saying "Your comuter is infected. Critical system error. System detected virus activities.they may cause critical sysytem failure. please use a antimalware software to clean and protect your system from peresute programs. click here to get all available software". and if I click it a net page opens that from it I can download a program that later I found out I had to buy to use.
I want to know is it a adware that got into my comuter or is it a real virus alert from windows?

Ad-aware really works i have it, & it's free. i think it's ment to get virus's away or mabe popups i'm not sure but it fixes my computer all the time. to download the free edition of ad-aware here's the link....

where can you find this type of camera....kodak easyshare cx7430 and also does anyone know if this camera has the screen where you can look at the picture after you take it? if not does anyone know what type of camera does, how much it is, and where i can find it?

i'm 98% sure that any dig cam will let you see the pictures after you take them. That's a part that make's it digital. Anyway's you can most likely find it at wal-mart that's where i got my kodak and it looks sooo similar to that. Mine was only 100$ or something like that. Your's will probably be lik 150$. This may sound a little lame and i may sound weak, but my problem is my brother is abusive toward me. He is 18 months younger than me, and he hits my slaps me, kicks me, punchs me in the face, somtimes he even threatens to stab me. If i try to fight back, im the one who gets grounded and if i tell my mom he hurts me, she grounds me because she thinks i am lying! And then i have to deal with my brother attacking me for telling my mom. Now i am like afraid to go to bed at night because he is always threatening to hurt me in my sleep. My dad passed away in 2004 and ever since then, he has been abusive toward me. I have talked to my school counsler about it and she said that she would set up a meeting with my mom. I lock myself in my room and i have to find things to do all day becasue my mom works from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, and he threatens to hurt me if i cross his path, or step anyware he is going. I am really terrified of my brother. My brother is always so nice when there are people around and he is so innocent. He appears to be the sweetest little boy, but he isn't. My friends tell me i should suggest to my counsler that she should talk to my mom about anger managment, but i am afraid she will tell my mom that, and then my mom will tune her out and then walk away. PLEASE HELP ME OUT!!!

o my gosh i totally feel bad for you. If i was in your situation i would beat him up anyways, i wouldn't care. If your mom grounds you tell her no and don't listen to her. If he ever hit's you call the cop's and i'm serious. You have to understand nomatter what the consiquence is, this is not right. And your mom certainly isn't right for allowing this to happen. The cops will help you out i promise & your question doesnt sound lame at all i promise. My best advise is call the cops when he puts his hands on you. And when he's not around and your mom is home talk to her, i mean really talk to her and make her understand what he is doing.

My little 12 year old sis needs deodorant but she doesn't want to ask our parents to buy her some, she want to buy it herself. BUT she is embarrased cause she thinks handing deodorant to the employee at the drug store to buy when she's 12, the guy will think it's odd. I told her to don't worry and no one will care but she doesn't believe me at all, and I don't even think I believe myself. I don't want my sis to get embarrased or mad if they do think's its odd or give her a little giggle. I know they arent going to say anything but they might think it. So, please tell me, do you think the employees will do anything or thinks its odd if my 12 year old sis buys deodorant by herself? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASe don't say ask our parents, or for me to buy it for her cause I want her to do it.

They won't think anything of it i sware. they are there to check stuff out not to judge you. and how will they know how old she is? If she needs it then she should go buy it. Why does she care what they think anyways? Shes not going on a date with the cashier or something [ lol ]. i really don't think they will care i mean if some girl came up to me when i was working and put deoderent on the counter i wouldn't think nothing of it. i mean come on common sence. :]
