Okay, i'm new at this whole tampon thing. Will You all give me some tips to make it go in easier? It's just not working for me and i've been trying forever!! Also, what tampons are the best to use?
UHOHxOMFG answered Thursday August 10 2006, 1:28 pm: tampex pearl works really goood. cardboard is usually harder to get it. do it at a slight angle and just push. it will feel kinda akward putting it in and taking it out at first but it gets easier. after you go to the bathroom is a good time to change it. plus you might still be alittle moist from your urine so it will slide better. i've heard of the vaseline but your very sensitive down there but i wouldnt recommend it. you'll get the hang out it. they are alot easier then pads & comfortable. And if you are using the cardboard applicators it makes it easier if you use vasseline. In my opinion i think the plastic ones are easier, like tampax pearl. When you put it in, do it at an angle, Make sure to spread your legs, and i even know a girl that puts one leg on the toilet seat! You will feel it a little at first but you will forget its in later on.
lxYiPPi answered Thursday August 10 2006, 7:28 am: I use tampax pearl , the first time you stick the tampon in , it's probably going to be unconfortable. It was for me & now when i wear them i don't even notice it's in. It's easier for me to get it in when i'm bleeding heavy. My friend said she put vasaline on the tampon when she first started but i wouldnt try that. Um if your really dry down there , like not bleeding alot it's probably going to be harder.
Some tips:
i take my tampon out every time i go to the bathroom. Don't be scared when you pull the string that it will get stuck, cause chances are it wont.
