Wrong To Love Wiccans?
The guy i like worships the devil..i think..he is into wicca and i'm totally the oposite...i love Jesus and God. But is it wrong to have feelings for someone like that?

Wiccans dont worship the devil! They worshep God, but in a more magical and sperical way (in fact, the devil is a christinaity bealive, Wiccans bealive in evil, but not "a devil"). But, yea, I think its not wrong. If you like him, then I say you should do somthing about it and ask him out.

Well, the Bible says that you shouldn't. If you really want to follow His Word and His teachings, then you shouldn't have a boyfriend like that. It's not wrong to have feelings for someone like that--it's not wrong to have feelings for anyone. But if you want to devote your life to God (or if you love Him and trust in Him and believe that He is the way to salvation), then despite your feelings, you shouldn't entertain him as a potential life partner.
I don't really know much about Wiccans, but if they do worship something/someone else, then that goes against the teachings of Jesus and you shouldn't have them as boyfriends.
The decision is up to you. If you're willing to sacrifice your Christianity for this guy, then fine. But if you want to remain true to Him, then you definitely shouldn't have him as a partner.

The bible deals with the issue of marrying oustside the faith, to paraphrase it says don't do it. It's very hard to make a relationship work when your core values are so different, in the end it's mucb more simple to find someone who shares your beliefs.

Wicca is not devil-worship. Some people may say that they are wiccan, but they mean devil worshiping. Wicca is a real religion, it is about using the power within you to perform "magic". He may not actually worship the devil, infact if he is a true wiccan he doesn't worship the devil, he probably doesn't even believe in the devil. No, its not wrong to have feelings for someone of a different religion, you can't choose who you have feelings for. I hope I helped.

As some people pointed out before, wiccans are NOT devil worshippers. In no way is Wicca the worshiping of Satan. Just punch it up in Google and you will get info on it.
Anyway, it is different from your religion but no different than if he were part of another mainstream faith. So, would you be able to live with it if he were Jewish or whatever?
If so, then you are ok. If not, then you should only date Christians (and then perhaps only those of your particular kind... Catholics, Protestants etc). However, in my view- until one can fork over conclusive proof one way or another- one is better off just taking the person for who he is first, and what he believes in second.

Girl, get as far away from him as you can. trust you me. I say this out of care. You are going to get hurt. you will even be dragged into his psycotic lifestyle. You will lose friends. He is not worth you. Please, don't let yourself get hurt. U deserve someone better and more decent. take him off your mind. Give a guy of better morale a chance with you.

ok first get your facts striaght, wiccans dont worship the "devil" and as for liking some one that has a different belief, I honestly dont get what the issue would be. People who have totoaly differnet religions and opinions can get along fine, as long as tehy dont make those thigns a problem. And you like him you cant help that. Most people cant control thier feelings. Maybe look past the whole belief/religon thing and see what you think of him then.

It's not wrong of you at all to have feelings for a guy who practices a different religion than yourself. And unless I'm horribly mistaken, and if so PLEASE correct me... Wiccans don't necessarily worship Satan. I think you should do some research on his religion before you start asking questions about your feelings for him romanticly. Do some reading and see if there is anything about his religion that you find offensive or threatning to your own beliefs.. if not, then you've answered your own question.

It isn't wrong to a lot of people. However, if you both are very much into your religions, sooner or later it will cause a problem.
Your beliefs are so opposite for one thing. Another is that your family will probably freak out big time.
Think it over carefully. Don't get started in a relationship that will cause you heartache down the road. Better to end it now if you think it will cause big problems. :)
