proactiv how many times?
i was just wondering how many times a day should you use proactiv? im not sure if its one or two. and please dont tell me that i should stop using proactiv cause i want to.

According to its advertising ( which I looked up), Its a three step a day treatment. So I would guess its 3 times a day.
Best would be to follow label directions unless they are lost. :)

I would try it twice a day at first because that's the suggested usage but if you feel like your skin is getting too dry, it doesn't hurt to use it just once daily. I use it once daily and my skin is fine. Plus, that helps you keep the product longer because you don't use as much every day.

Once in the morning && once before bed or at night..

at first i would say use it once a day till you know your skin is okay with it but if your not seeing results use it twice... they only reason i say if your not seeing results is because its very expensive and if you can get away with using it once a day i would do that but if not use it twice!

i used to use that.. and your supposed to do it 2 to 3 times a day. but atleast 2. like when you wake up before school or whatever and right before bed, if you do want to do it three times a day, then do it like when you get home from school.

I never used it before...But i think it will probaly say on the side of the bottle...But most acne washs are suppose to be used in the morning and before you go to bed..Hope i helped...
