Skipping is the best thing you can do for toned legs! Also try swimming and running. Another good thing to do is walk up and down the stairs in your house (if you have any). If you have any cellulite make sure you body brush at least every other day to keep them smooth.

First, do a cardio exercise such as running, swimming, Tae bo etc. Afterwards, do some leg exercises such a squats and lunges. Do this for about 3-4 times a week to get good results.

Here is a site that has a list of leg exercises that you can do:

Ironically assuager had the only advice that works. Exercise will not, no... exercise cannot reduce fat from an area. So, you have one of two choices as far as I can see. One, dont use your thighs and lose the muscle built there, or two lose weight overall (focus on proper exercise/nutrition and eventually as your body slims it will pull fat from your thighs).

Thats pretty much it. If you start to do thigh exercises... such as those that make you feel sharp pains on the area... you will build muscle there. That is all you can do because, despite advicenator belief, it is not possible to target an area of the body for fat loss. Humans dont work that way.

step 1: find a local gym
step 2: go to the local gym
step 3: work on leg lifts, leg presses, and all of the excersices that give you a sharp pain in your thigh..... lunges help too.
