well their are many ways to flirt with guys/girls. like some signs are
1.compliments
2.spending time together (alot)
3.looking at you all the time
4.the look in his/her eyes when they look at you.
5.making up excuses to be around you.

Those are some basic flirting signs, but some people will act mean to the person they like, and some people are too shy to flirt, so it depends on the person, really.
