Exercise Equipment

Question Posted Saturday March 4 2006, 6:25 pm

My grandmother told me she would buy one type of exercise equipment for me to exercise on. I don't know what to choose though. I need something that it pretty small or medium sized. My main problem areas are my thighs and bum. What would be one of the best pieces of equipment I could get?

I think you should get an exercise ball.

Its convenient, pratically weightless, and can help you with a variety of body areas.
