There are alot of people who are willing to help young girls with this..
lucretia answered Thursday March 2 2006, 3:46 am: Get help. Now. Before your situation gets any worse. Your question doesn't mention your height and build, but unless you're very short, eighty-seven is pretty damn skinny. It's good, of course, that your weight went up-it did so bcause it needed to. You need to go to a doctor without delay. If you don't want to talk to your parents, talk to guidance at your school.
Good luck, and keep us posted. [ lucretia's advice column | Ask lucretia A Question ]
ShYbl0nD3 answered Thursday March 2 2006, 1:15 am: your age wouldve helped. i agree. but if you want help or need any information on anorexia go to [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) they have loads of info on there. i hope you over come what ever you have. because anoraxia can kill.. and create loads of health problems and sometimes it can preventyou from having kids later on. and its just nothing that you would want to get into so i suggest you do get some help and the sooner the better.
i dont mean to sound harsh if i do. im just getting to the point lol

sizzlinmandolin answered Wednesday March 1 2006, 11:58 pm: Your age and gender would have helped a lot. Remember that for next time. My GUESS is that you are 13 or 14 years old and female. If you're not, it's your own fault for not saying. Okay, well if I am correct with my guess, this is about the time when you will be going through puberty. Women gain weight at this point in their lives. You are just becoming a woman and getting a figure. Wouldn't you rather have a few curves then be completely flat? This is a good thing. You weigh more, but you look a lot better. Weight has nothing to do with the way you look. Have a friend trace your body onto a sheet of paper or your driveway or something and take a look at how small you really are. It is normal to feel like you're fat. If however, it's affecting your life, like how much you eat or socialize, you should probably talk to someone about it. Someone like a nurse or school counselor. Any of your friends or anybody on here can tell you how thin you are, but I don't think that any of that will affect the way that you feel. Someone that's a little more professional that has some experience with this will be able to help you out quite a bit. So, if you are just feeling fat, don't worry about that, you will get past it, but if it's affecting your life do seek help. Good luck! u_can_trust_me answered Wednesday March 1 2006, 11:36 pm: first of all how old are you if you are 13 -14 you should weight close to 110 87 pounds is way to low . another thing is if you are under any stress tell someone usually thats what leads to anorexica.starving yourself is horrible you can do plenty of things to change your appearance you dont have to stop eating .you can wear make up find a new fashion even get your hair cut .the only thing starving yourself will do is show yourbones and make you look sickly and ugly. you are beautiful and eating makes you healthy.if you really feel fat try a diet but please dont starve yourself
Vanity answered Wednesday March 1 2006, 11:33 pm: You need to talk to someone who can help you through this. A counselor at school or a parent.
There is also a hotline (1-800-931-2237) that will provide free counseling and advice on what you can do in order to get help in your area. [ Vanity's advice column | Ask Vanity A Question ]
