Best friend's birthday

Question Posted Tuesday February 21 2006, 8:15 pm

Do you guys have ANY ideas on what to buy or make my BEST friend for her birthday?! I want it to be special, but I can't think of anything! Please help.

Additional info, added Tuesday February 21 2006, 9:59 pm:
It can't have anything to do with "surprise parties", etc. I need a gift. She's already having a party. I just need a gift!.

another cute idea is to make something together. for instance a really great, cheap project is making t-shirts together. you can use old ones you have lying around the house and get some iron on transfers from an office supply store and print things off of your computer. Not only will you have fun, but you'll be sporting one of a kind fashion!

Best friend neckaces! They usually come in the shape of a heart broken in half. One side says "best", the other says "friends". The two pieces put together make a heart. I have one and it's really special to me. I'm not that close with the girl anymore, but when I look at the necklace or wear it, it makes me think of all the great memories we shared. Best friend necklaces are a great keepsake and not too expensive. I'm sure that she'll love whatever you decide to get her, don't worry!

Buy her a CD of her favorite band. Take her out and buy her whatever she wants. Take her for ice cream. Buy her a card. Buy her a shirt. Give her a gift card to her favorite store or mall. Buy her a hat. Buy her a necklace. Buy her earrings. Buy her a new purse. Buy her some jeans.

I did this for my friends party just over a month ago.

I held a suprise party for her, but before you write off, let me start by saying pulling somthing off like this is easier then you think.

I gave my friends the extra key to my house and they went to my house while i stalled my friend. If you have a cell phone you can call them once you about to arrive and pretend it's your mom or dad. Once we got there they jumped out, and there you go - a very simple suprise party.

When it comes to the gifts it also doesn't have to be that expensive. I went to the dollor store and got fun little stuff like a picture holder with our picture in it and little gag gifts.

I would highly recommend a suprise party and with alittle planing it can be great (plus who wouldn't be happy with a suprise party?)

What I did for my best friend is kiddnapped her(blind folded her), took her to eat, then at her house, she had a ton of her friends waiting for her like a surprise party. It was adorable. Lol. The face that the birthday person makes is priceless. That would be cute. You can try that. ♥
