Well what I do is when I am watching tv, eating, reading anything when I am by myself I like to take a break. I like to do sit-ups. I know this sounds kinda weird but during the day when you think about it, all the breaks you can take between things to do maybe 20 to start with. Do them nice and slow so your stomach has time to get used to them. I have been doing this since the begining of January and i can see a huge improvment. Hope that helps you.

crunches and situps ]
Actually situps and crunches aren't your best bet for hot abs. I just started training according to this

and it's working so far. It's pretty intsnse and is made for a bodybuilder (I'm doing half of all of the amounts) so I suggest making your own system based on your endurance and strength using these exercises.
Have fun, and be safe. If you feel something going wrong, then call your doctor or 911 immediately. ]
I suggest doing crunches. They are the best for abs. However, talk to your doctor first and make sure thats OK. All heart conditions are serious. ]
Step one, absolutely, is a serious talk with your doctor.
NEVER mess around with a heart condition. Not even a mild one.
That said, your doctor should be able to recommend a program of exercise and nutrition that should help you get into shape. And just so you know, although sit-ups and crunches will develop your abdominal muscles, your overall shape is really determined by your general body fat; there are no exercises which will eliminate fat only in one part of your body. So you'll have to get all of you in shape in order to have a nice stomach.
Membership in a gym isn't necessary in order to get in shape; you can get great results with brisk half-hour walks and ten-pound hand weights (or five pound weights, depending on how strong you are). And of course there's all sorts of great information about nutrition online. The US government's Food Pyramid is a good place to start: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
But please speak to your doctor first.
Good luck! ]
lots of crunches, pushups, yoga (which would be very good for you and your condition) and along with all that maybe go for walks everyday (walk the dong for an hour, walk with a neighbor or just walk and take your ipod)
ohh yea if you have an ipod they accually help you alot because they make time past fast. like i could run 25 min on a tredmil with an ipod and only like 10 without one because i was too consitrated on how i was feeling (I have asthma) ]
hey do 100 crunches a day for a year and you will have nice abs. cait ♥ ]
Just do a lot of sit ups and crunches every day. ^_^ ]
