Hey well i think its a combonation of food and exersize but if you eat horribly and exersize a lot than nothing will happen. I suggest high protein low carb. So basiclly lean chicken and meat, salmon and tune. Stay away from breads and sweets. If you must eat break eat whole grain and only make once slice. Lots of water is a great not to many sugary drinks. Tea is great too..Grean Tea especially.

hope i helped =)

Some foods to eat when your trying to lose weight are, basically fruits, vegetables, low fat items, stuff like that. Foods to stay away from would be Sweets, the high calorie stuff, you know what I mean. If you go to a fast food restauraunt, such as McDonald's, instead of getting a Big Mac or Double Cheeseburger, get one of salads instead. That also helps. Well I hope I helped in some way!!! Good Luck!!!

make sure you actually eat!! the worst thing you could do is not get enough calories which slows down your metabolism. you want to eat lots of good fruits and vegetables and also make sure you get lots of protein(try chicken, or steak[not too many red meats though] and peanut butter also has alot of protein). try to exercize everyday to also boost up your metabolism. there really are no foods that you can't eat but if you do crave chocolate or whatever-- go for it! just make sure its only a little bit and dont have it everyday

i hope i helped!

First off, don't get discouraged if you don't lose as much as you're hoping. Just keep eating healthy and exercising and eventually it will pay off. Your going to want to stay away from the junk food, dugh. Exspecially pop and chips. As far as what's good to eat, salads, garlic, whole wheat bread, fruits, veggies, skim milk and lots of water. NO processed meats (ie.salami & bologna. Good Luck.

cut out the soda pop and try to lower your sugar and fat filled foods from your diet. fresh fruit, vegtables, whole grains, poultry and fish are all good. (not fried of course) also adding a little more exercise 4xs a week would really help. not alot, just more than you usually do. 20 mins of dancing would be great for reaching your goal.good luck!

Stay away from junk food like burgers and fries and basically everything macdonald's or similar companies serve. Even the salads are full of sugar.
Eat healthy portions of everything (meat, bread, vegetables and fruit, and dairy products). Try to eat enough (1600-1800 callories for an adult woman). If you're used to eating more, drink water and chew gum to calm your apetite. Also, don't drink too much alcohol. Beer puts on a lot, but all alcohol makes most people hungry.

Heya,

You want to make sure you eat enough- don't go below 1600 calories, else the weight won't stay off.

I would say eat lots of fruit, yoghurt, etc as this stuff is healthy and also filling so you won't want to snack as much.

Have a treat a day- just a funsize chocolate bar or something as it will help with motivation. Maybe have it at the end of the day so you won't stray?

For small changes switch white bread to brown, buy low fat options, go diet on drinks, don't put so much sauce or butter on things, etc.

Excersise is a great combination to this. Even 20 sits ups a night can make a difference to the stomach area.

Good luck- hope this helps. If you are hungry a lot of the time and love food, why not try food optimising? Search for it on the web for ideas- slimming world is a great UK one.

Take care xxxx

Fruits and veggies!!! They work like a charm! My personal favorites are carrots (w/o ranch!), cantelope, apples, and bananas. You can really eat whatever you want, as long as you only eat the correct portion amount. Eat sandwhiches made of lean meat and with light bread. Also, Chunky soups are really good for the tastebuds and they're filled with vegetables! Good for you for taking initiative and good luck!
