hey, there is this guy i really like. he is really shy, so i can not tell if he likes me. He stares at me alot, sometimes from the corner of his eyes, but when he notices i see him staring, he looks away. sometimes, after he looks at me he will smile. sometimes he blushes too. i have never talked to him, and i think, if he likes me, he wants me to make the first move but im really scared. what are some signs that a shy guy likes you? and if you think i should talk to him, what should i say to him? write back asap ♥

hey sorry this is taking so long. but i just got back from vacation..those are deffinitaly signs that he likes you. i think you should go up and talk to him.. if your not comftorble face to face you can get his number and call him. and theres always writing a note if your to nervous to do either of those. i think if you dont want to do the face to face conversation then you should call him. and maybe make plans to hang out outside of school sometime.. and talking to him on the phone will make you comftorble talking to him at all. well i hope things work out with you guys. and feel free to ask me any other questions.. or just tell me how things go =) hope i helped..

i'm 15 years old & i haven't gotten my period for about two months. i've been having it since september 2004 & it's been sort of normal for about 8 months. i'm a virgin & i know this is going to sound extrememly juvenile but is there some way that i could be pregnant without having sex? as i said, i don't mean to sound juvenile but i've heard people say things like, "it's in the water" & is it actually possible? i'm just really nervous, & i'm racking my brain for an answer. could it just be that my period isn't on time? i haven't really been eating any differently. please don't treat me like an idiot, i'm just scared.

dont worry you cant be pregnant.. the same thing happened to me.. i went to the doctors for it and i didnt get it because i was too active.. are you in any sports? if your really active it slows down the process.. you'll eventually get it.. i suggest going to the doctors like i did.

okayy im not fat i have a really good body actually i need to get in shape like my thys and that area have stretch marks and it looks like i have cellulite cus i have dimples and my stomach is pretty skinny i just want abs you know how can i get "fit"?

everynight i do 100 crunches a night.. if you dont know what they are they are just like sit ups but instead of sitting all the way up you only go about half way.. you should start to feel something after about 35.. they really make a difference.. trust me.. and the best part is they only take about a minute to do..

This might get a little lengthy.

My friend and I got into this argument last week in which we realized we both thought the other a bad friend and we had been kind of been unknowingly avoiding each other because one thought the other would be a bitch and all of that fun stuff. Typical female passive aggressive bullshit. We talked it out and made up. Then I invited her to see this concert with me of one of her favorite bands, since I had some free tickets.

Today we were sitting in English and she starts ranting and raving about how shes going to a really good place to eat right after class gets out. We both don't have any class after English. I kind of hint that I want to go because it's my favorite place but I just assumed it was a one on one thing with another friend so I didn't come on too strong. 10 minutes later she brings it up again and says to our other friend, Hey you should come with me! I'll sneak you out... just ditch the rest of the day! (she doesn't get out early like us).

So let's recap. I just saved her 30 or 40 bucks by taking her to this show with me tomorrow, plus I'm going to be giving her a ride, and she knows I had nothing better to do and could have gone to lunch with her, and yet she sits there and begs this other girl to go, and she said last week that *I* was the bad friend.

I assume I should confront her about this before the show so I don't have to spend the whole time with her being pissed off... but I just wanted to double check I was being reasonable and maybe get some pointers on how to go about starting this.

if you dont think talking to her before the show will cause any problems during the show.. then i would have a talk with her before.. just say basacally exactly what you said above..tell her you felt really left out by her inviting the other girl instead of you..

if you think that talking to her before will ruin the show for you guys.. then maybe after the show talk to her about..

When i was in 5th grade this kid had a crush on me and i had a crush on him, we never went out because we had boyfriend and girlfriends but we both knew we liked eachother.5th grade seems like we were to young but i remember this.but 5th grade he moved, and i remeber the day he moved he wrote me a note and told me hed never forget me and he wanted to keep in touch, we never talked after that day he moved.and now im in 10th grade and the other day i looked his number up in the phone book and called every person with his last name.i didnt get a hold of him then today he called me and it was weird he said ever since the day he left 5th grade he thought about me.but the problem is i have a bf who i really like and were doing good.but i really want to see him.and were supposed to meet at the mall tomarrow.and im not sure if i should go? should i? he lives right by me. and i miss him. thanks

i have always had a great relationship with my mom but lately its been getting so annoying. if she tells me to clean up every little thing in the living room, i dont yell at her, i just mimick her in my head and do what she says. shes always complaining about how hard her life is, and how we have no money (which i have heard since i was waaay too young to worry about money), and she even complains about how much she hates coming home to this house everyday. sometimes i get realy angry and i say some sarcastic comment back and she starts going off about how hard her life is and how i shouldnt talk to her like that. it just makes me feel guilty for saying anything at all.

maybe try sitting down with her and telling her how you feel about it.. just say im really tired of you complaining about how bad your life is.. and stuff like that.. and just go from there.. hopefully she'll understand. hope it works out though..

i think you should try and talk to him//what do you have to loose? he obviously likes you if he gets jealous whenever your around other boys.. and he tried to do stuff with you. just tell him that you like him a lot..and go with it from there to what he has to say. i hope everything works out..

omg. my best friend in the world is being a slut. i mena i love the chick to death but her ex-boyfriend who used her then broke up with her to have "fun" over the break are doing any SEXUAL THING U CAN THING OF. theyve tried haveing sex 3 times but dude. the guy doesnt even like her and isnt planning on even asking her out. and shes inlove with him. hes such a man whore and i told her that she can pick up desises and stuff like that but she acts like she didnt even do anything wrong. i dont know how to tell her to stop without coming off as a controlling freak you know. Ok, me and my step mom dont "exactly" get along, she gets all pissed off at me because i forget to make my bed, or leave somthing on the floor (in my room) and she leaves all these stupid little notes saying "do this do that, we all live in the same house you know!!" and im trying my best to not yell back at her... i mean she ALWAYS yells at me, and i usually end up crying after ive gone into my room away from her... but i need help, because i know one of these days i wont be able to hold back and ill end up screaming at her... and thats definetally not like me unless i get over the top pissed off!! ill rate 5s to any1 who can help!

maybe you can try telling your dad about how you feel about her. and how she makes you feel. maybe he'll talk to her or something.. or you can even try having a talk with your step mom.. and say its really frustrating me that your always yelling at me and stuff. tell your step mom or dad how mad you get about it. i hope everything works out though..

I got sick yesterday morning, and i stayed home from school today because of it. I have a really bad scratchy sore throat. Like those ones where you constantly have to cough and your throat feels dry and scratchy. Thats' what I have and I want to know how i can get rid of it asap because I have a dance to go to tomorrow night. Anyway have any home remedies I can try? Thank-you..

this sounds so gross//it also tastes gross. but whenever i have a sore throat my mom tells me to gargle salt water..just gargle it for a min and then spit it back out. just get a cup of water. and put a lot of salt in it. its really gross but it honestly works. you should try it.

i am really concerned about my friend and i think she is cutting, what are some signs of someone who is cutting?

please help, i dont want to talk to her about it unless i know for sure.

if you notice her wearing long sleeves a lot.. or getting really like scared when you like touch her or something. like when she wears shor sleeves try and see if there are any marks.. thats not the only place people will do it though.. the upper leg is another common area on where people have done it.

just tell them how you feel about it. say how you dont like being stuck in the middle of their fighting, and your friends with both of them.. if one of them start talking to you about the other just say im friends with her please dont talk about her to me. they might get a little mad at first.. but they will soon realize they shouldnt be..

drink a lot of water and eat the right types of food. no chips // pop // candy // stuff like that..

exercise -- try getting involoved in sports. or run around the block a couple times..

Here's the deal: I love singing. I've been singing since 4th grade and I've been in choirs since 5th. I haven't taken voice lessons.

Now, I want to sing a song for a talent show, but my only problem is... MY VOICE IS HORRIBLE. I have experience, but it's just the way it SOUNDS, do you know what I mean?

I recorded my voice on my cell phone, and I got so depressed at the way it sounds.

What can I do? Will singing lessons help at all? Thanks!

you cant tell what you sound like from a cell phone.. singing lessons would deff. help you out.. i suggest you take them if you dont like the way your voice sounds.. hope i helped =)

i just got a zen micro for a late christams present and i had morpheus which is a music site that i download music for free, but my cusin told me that it was stealing music and you could get fined, but my other cusin told me that it is extreamly unlikely. But my dad still made me get rid of morpheus. I tried to download iTunes but i would not let me because my computer is windows millenium and i need windows 2000 or XP. Does anyone know any sites that i can use to downlaod music without stealing or having to use a credit card #?

yeah i use a program called LimeWire..to download it go to www.download.com and type Lime Wire and just download it from there.. i use morpheus too.. but those programs are safe. you wont get fined.. dont worry about that.

Ok, so we put my dog, maddie (she was 16 yrs.), to sleep about 3 or 4 yrs. ago and i reely want a puppy and my mom and dad have been saying no, but now, my mom has changed her mind and wants one, but my dad doesn't wana to get one b/c he thinks i wont take care of it and i promised i would! what should i do to convince him i would take care of it?!

the same thing happened to me.. what me and my mom did was just buy the puppy and surprise my dad with it.. he was mad at first.. but then i proved to him that i could take care of it myself.. he realized i was responsible enough for it. and he wasnt mad anymore and got used to the puppy. now he loves the dog. =)
