what are some teen/women workout magazines/fitness magazines besides shape and self? i love both of those, but what other ones are out there?

ok i know mens health is an amazing magazine for guys and its full of awesome info.
so i would assume that womens health would be really good for you

Those magazines are filled with a little information and a lot of advertising. With fitness too much knowledge can be a dangerous thing. The trick is a little bit of knowledge and a lot of enthusiasm.

theres one called fitness,to find more magazine titles check out pch.com(publishers clearing house) it sells a lot of magazine subscriptions at a discounted price. good luck
