OK here how it is i was offered a modeling contract w/ Aeropostal for 300,000 thosand a year, but here is the deal

i have to loose 80lbs by the end of may, they think of have a very pretty face perfect height right figure, yada yada you know?!

thing is i dont know how to do it, and i need to get started on this ASAP and i really really need this, i mean comeon 300,000 DOLLARS!!!! please help me now i am 220 now its only 80 lbs it will not only boost my self confidance jump start my career but also make my health much much better, wellall the weight taken off. plz help me. i seen them do it on the biggest loser, how did they do it?!

just please anyway possible i dont think i could go anerxic or bulimic tho

Simply put, it's impossible for you to lose eighty pounds in four months in a healthy fashion. The most anybody can expect to lose a week without resorting to extreme measures is one to two pounds of ACTUAL fat and not water weight.

Sure, you can go on a starvation diet and exercise every day and that will help you take off the pounds, but even if you do succeed in peeling of the eighty you want odds are you'll gain all of it back and then some. Why? Because getting the pounds off is only half of the battle. Maintaining your weight is the hard part which requires a complete change in eating and exercise habits.

In any case, I'm not sure how this "Biggest Loser" thing works, but if it's safe and was accomplished within the time frame you're looking at, then by all means make an appointment with your doctor and see what he thinks. Other than that, however, I'm afraid you'll have to shed your pounds the old fashioned way and be patient about it. That is, if you want to avoid anorexia or bulimia.

For this amount of weight loss in only a few months, I would definitely urge you to seek your family physician's advice. Losing weight too fast can be detrimental to your health. It's important to go about it in a safe, healthy way. Your doctor can recommend the best way to lose the weight without sacrificing your health. I would also suggest seeking the advice of a nutritionist. They can design a meal plan that works for you with your weight loss goals in mind. I would considering seeking the advice of a personal trainer as well. Most gyms have a personal trainer on staff. They will be able to work out an exercise regimen for you to help speed your weight loss.


For now, I suggest drinking lots of water. Avoid high-fat and fried foods. Drink milk. Studies have shown that milk drinkers actually lose weight faster and keep it off longer. Eat plenty of vegetables. Pay close attention to how your meals are prepared. Many healthy meals lose their good qualities when they're prepared in high fat ways. Boiling, steaming, roasting and baking are the way to go. Consider supplementing your diet with a good quality multi-vitamin. When dieting, you don't always get the essential vitamins and minerals your body needs.

ok well i cant stick to a diet at all so if your like me this is what i suggest you should do to loose weight

-first make a goal for every week(e.i. loose 3 pounds by the end of each week)
-then watch what you eat no junk what so ever but everything else is fine(what i do for not eating junk is say to myself,"do you want to have a slim body forever or a minute of something sweet")
-only eat 3 meals a day, nothing inbetween so kind of make time of your breakfast,lunch, and dinner
-dont eat after 8! this is very important i know people who have just stop eating after 7 or 8 oclock and have lost weight
-replace anything you drink with water(if you dont like straight water you can get crystal light packets to put in it)
-at night do crunches (e.i. do 10 everynight the first week then 20 the next the 30 the next so on and so forth)

Your best bet is to hire yourself a Personal Trainer who is also very nutrition saavy. Lots of Trainers just really care about how to workout and do not take nutrition as seriously as they should.

the best advice would be to get a personal trainer and nutritionist. they keep you on track.
otherwise, you could cheat on your diet =/
if you already signed a contract saying that you will get the place if you lose the wieght, then i wouldnt worry about the money. your gonna get 300,000 anyways!

im sorry but its really unhealthy to loose that weight in that time and really nearly inpossible. i would say you prob cant lose more than 50 lbs but im sure that will make a difference. make sure you make you diet healthy and i would say join a health club and spend atleast an hour there but no more than 4 a day. your going to have to take every ounce of junk food out of your diet and eat alot of protein because lean protein helps you loose alot of weight. also make sure you control your portions of your food so your not hungry anymore NOT FULL! also you wont be able to go out and eat anymore or snack. its going to be very hard and its going to push you to the point of even crying but if you want this you have to do it! if you think you afford it i would recommend hiring a nutricionist too if you can afford it to keep you on schedule and make sure your dieting right
