u cant choose what u dream...maybe watching some lesser porn movies could do...if youre not watching any...just stop watching something or even playing at night.

A dream is just a dream. Dreams mean nothing 90% of the time, so odds are it's just a dream. Most people dream of what they fear, some people dream of something that happened earlier on in the day, or something that has been on their mind a few times in the past.
That's it. It's just a continuted thought of what goes on in your mind when you aren't sleeping.

Dreams look pretty realistic don't they? A dream is a thought picture come to life in your subsconcious thinking. All it is is the picture of the one thing you truly have fear of. Like a nightmare the subconcious mind presents these thoughts and pictures to you at night. It all stems from fears, emotions, thoughts etc you have while awake.
A dream like this will not mean that an assualt is going to happen. It was just an ugly dream and you will be fine and I am pretty sure of that. I would trace back where your fears of rape started. Did someone do something in the past you supressed? You will be fine here and it's just a nightmare but based on fears you need to deal with.

its perfectly normal to have nightmares. just last night i had 3 in a row. just think off your favorite thing tht you dont get tht often ~ FOR ME IT WAS CHOCOLATE ~ and calm your self down. either tht take a good book out and listen to your fav. cd. just keep your mind off it. trust me if you avoid the situation it wont go away but if you replace it, you will soon overcome your fears.
