Generally yes. But there are places that will sell to minors without an Id. They usuall just dont care. Ask high school students in your area, theyll be able to tell you.

Yes, you do need an ID to buy ciggarettes. But why buy them anyway? They cause lung cancer, heart disease, emphyzema, and other diseases. Oh and they make your teeth yellow, your breath smell (never goes away really), you always smell of smoke and everything. It's quite disgusting.

Yeah, you do. Some places (random chance that you'll pick the one that doesn't) say they card, but don't. Either the cashier forgets, or doesn't care, or you look old enough. Usually, if you look like you're in your late twenties (at least!) no one will ask for your ID.
