Don't worry, I also have this problem.
There are probably a variety of factors causing this, and they could include nervous tension, wearing synthetic materials and possibly even using a skin-irritating soap under-your arms.
For the tension try this breathing excersize-
Breathe in deeply for the count of three, hold that breath for the count of three and then exhale slowly for a count of six. Continue to do this for at least five minutes and you will start to relax. Try using it at least twice a day and you will begin to breathe more deeply naturally (it worked for me! And it works brilliantly for tons of other stuff as well!)
Now, for the clothing, if at all possible, wear natural fibres- like cotton. These will let skin breathe. If this is not possible, ie. you have a school uniform, try to wear little restrictive clothing as possible. For example, try wearing then t-shirts. I know this can be embarressing when people notice that you have patches, but even though it is tempting to hide under thick woolies, etc, this is not the best thing to do in the long term.
Try experimenting with different soaps and look for ones that are made out of natural products. A really good deoderant which is made for men (but can be used by women) is Rok, a crystal deoderant which you wet and rub on. It may not keep you dry, but you won't smell and you won't have rashes in you arm-pits :-P.
The best all-round deoderant is Mitchum.

One very, very drastic answer to this problem is to have botox injections in your under-arms. These paralyse the overactive sweat glands. Though I wouldn't recomend it if your problem is only moderate.

I hope this helped you,
UrsulaX

Try Secret Platinum. Most people say never use Secret, but it keeps you dry and keeps b.o. away.

Hey now, it would only be disgusting if you weren't worried about it. ;)

This is, of course, totally out of opinion (and experience...).

I've found that in the summertime / warmest months the best deoderant is Degree : an anti-perspirant deoderant. Not only does it work extremely well for girls who are active, it smells good too. :)

During the winter months when you might not need something as strong, Secret is good. It doesn't stand up to the summer months, but it does work very well when you're not outside in the heat, running etc. And it also smells good.

Though, if I had to pick ONE, I'd go with Degree. I like how it smells best anyway. [Haha...]

I have this same problem. To make me sweat less, i use a men's unscented anti-perspirant such as Right Guard Sport, but give it a better smell with a regular deoderant after applying the men's stuff.

I like Arid Extra dry. I've also used dove, which is all right, but I like Arid extra dry much better. If you still have a problem, then talk you your doctor.
