what is the best kind of straightener?
ive had 2 different brands and both of them have at some point stopped heating up (the light goes on, so i know the power is on)
the first kind i had was a ceramic tools and the second was a vidal sassoon.
any ideas why they keep dying on me? and suggestions for a good ceramic straightener? (link)

I have had my 2in CHI for about a year and a half now and it works like i got it yesterday! it heats up in about 2 min and it works perfectly. They can range from $100-$250. If you want more info drop me a note in my inbox.

Nair hair removal works (about $5 drug stores) just make sure you follow directions VERY CAREFULLY or else it will hurt more than razor burn. But this stuff really works :)

my hair isnt naturally straight..its wavy and puffy. and i use a staightener in the morning and i walk to school. by the end of 2nd period my hair is wavyish and puffyish. does anybody have and techniques on how to straighten hair so it doesnt do that?? thanx (link)

My hair is the same way... the way to cut down on poofiness is to get a better straightener (ceramic cuts down the frizz) i have a chi 2" about $200. And also you can buy Loreal Hot ans Straight ($2 at drug stores) both of these things will make your hair stay straight all day! Also if you want to make it less poofy even when you DON'T straighten it, buy an extreme moisturizing shampoo to keep your hair hydrated (don't blowdry).

If you really want him to ask you out, then YOU should hint that you want to go to the dance with him like..."Who are you going to the Halloween Dance with?" And if he doesn't get the hint then ask him to go with you. If you have a great time that night then he will most likely ask you out. Otherwise, just have your friends talk to him and ask him when he is going to ask you out, and they should tell him that he needs to do it before friday! Good luck!!!

Wow my friend is having this exact situation right now. You need to sit your friends down and confront them about the situation. But whatever you do DON'T ACCUSE THEM WITHOUT ASKING IF ITS TRUE FIRST. If they admit it then discuss how it makes you feel and try to get it to stop (don't get angry) if they continue... let them know and get some new friends.

I was shaving this morning and used a new razor. I didn't pay attention to it but the blades were chipped. So, it cut me while I was shaving and it was pretty bad. Not too deep but not your normal shaving cut. I cleaned it up and wrapped the cuts and everything and at school it felt fine. Now, my leg is hot and red and the cuts kind of burn. I don't think that that shoudl be happening. My mom said it isn't anything to go to the doctors for but she'd take me if I really needed to. Should I go or do you think it will go away on it's own? This is razor burn hun. But neosporian on another aointment on it to relieve the burning. Next time though, make sure you use shaving cream and your legs are wet so you can avoid this.

Straightening your hair has nothing to do with making it thin. If you feel you want more volume then you can go to the drug store and look for a brand of Volumizing Shampoo.
With Abercrobie, it can be very expensive. For a pair of jeans, a shirt, and a jacket...it will cost $150-$200. But the clothes are great and last a long time. The jeans are what makes the cost goes up. They range from $60-$120 and jackets are from $60-$90. And shirts can range all over. But the clothes should decide on if you feel like a dork or not. Hollister is just as cute but a tid bit less expensive. Also try shopping at places like Gadzooks, Forever 21, and Wet Seal. They have cute stuff (different style) and more affordable.

I know this is likely when your growing up but do you think theyll be that much of a difference when i get older or do you think theyll even out? This is perfectly normal. By the time you are older they will be even. If they don't start to even out by the time you are 20ish (when you are done growing) you can talk to your doctor. Otherwise...DON'T WORRY! :)

First off, if you are that afraid to have anyone know about your feelings for him and you don't even know him well enough to know if he was a gf, then you aren't ready to be with him. The only way to actually find out if he has a girl is to ask one of your close friends (that doesn't have a big mouth) to find out and if you really want things to move have her drop him some hints. Don't be afraid to let him know how you feel!

This is really simple and scares lots of people.
Make your house look really old by adding dead leaves and maybe replacing the porch light with a dull orange one that way it looks like a lantern. Then turn off all your house lights and leave candy out on the porch. Dress in all black and hide in the bushes and when they come up, jump out and scare them. I do this every year and it's great.

1. Make a shirt that says "(Name) will you go to the dance with me?" And where it all day long. How could you say no to that?
2. Buy a dozen roses and take one out. Then give her 11 of them and tell her that you think she is beautiful. (make sure you have someone who is not you, point out that there are 11 of them) then on the night of the dance hand her a rose and say "Here is the 12th rose). It's so cute!

First off...DON'T DO IT IN A NOTE. DON'T HAVE SOMEONE ELSE DO IT. DO IT IN PERSON!!! its the only way for several reasons i won't go into. if you are shy, you need to just keep repeating to yourself that you will do it. And look him in the eyes and say. It may seem impossible but when you are in the moment it will feel great.

Well i would try asking your parents..sneaking over there won't turn out pretty. They will probably try to call just to make sure you are there, to say goodnight, or for other reasons and the parents will realize you aren't there. I wouldn't take the chance of you being caught because your parents may never trust you again.
