Imperialistic answered Wednesday October 26 2005, 11:55 pm: 1. Make sure to do it in the shower or when your skin is wet.
2. Always use shaving cream or lots of foam soap.
3. Shave in the opposite direction of hair growth.
4 Don't shave the same area more than two times (even if there is any hair left)
5. Use aloe vera or after-shave.
6. Wear cotton panties for a few hours so you get enough air circulation.
P.S. Nair does work. They have different products for face/body/bikini. Look for the right one. [ Imperialistic's advice column | Ask Imperialistic A Question ]
therocketsummer answered Wednesday October 26 2005, 10:16 pm: Use lots of shaving cream and shave with the way in which the hair grows. [never shave upward] Put lotion on afterward. That should help.
P.S- DON'T use Nair. It says right on the bottle don't use in types of places like that.
TexasChick1104 answered Wednesday October 26 2005, 9:01 pm: Nair hair removal works (about $5 drug stores) just make sure you follow directions VERY CAREFULLY or else it will hurt more than razor burn. But this stuff really works :) [ TexasChick1104's advice column | Ask TexasChick1104 A Question ]
xOchErrytWistOx answered Wednesday October 26 2005, 8:47 pm: Shave in the shower, using only COLD water. Hot water opens the pores and makes bumps come more often. Use lots of shaving cream. Sentitive skin kind if you have any. Shave up not down. Go slow and take your time. After, rinse with COLD WATER. Then dry off after shower and apply lotion for sensitive skin.
This will reduce the number of bumps.
