im 14/f and there is this guy that i really like but i'm not sure whether or not he has a girlfriend. i think i heard someone talk abuot him having one but then i heard the complete opposite from someone else and i dont want to ask him if he does because then he will know that i like him and im still waiting for some hints that he likes me as well before i ask him to go out and i dont want to ask one of his or my friends because then they will know that i like him and tell him and i don't want him to find out that i like him in that way. what should i do. i'm in desperate need of help.

First off, if you are that afraid to have anyone know about your feelings for him and you don't even know him well enough to know if he was a gf, then you aren't ready to be with him. The only way to actually find out if he has a girl is to ask one of your close friends (that doesn't have a big mouth) to find out and if you really want things to move have her drop him some hints. Don't be afraid to let him know how you feel!
