I luhhv these kinds of questions =) ha.
Anways.. Foundation is what you use on mainly your whole face. It makes your skin color more even && hides blemishes. sometimes it makes your acne less noticable. Conealer is more for specific spots. Like, Pimples, under eye bags or expression lines. Concealer is a lot thicker & more noticable then foundation. You usually put on foundation first & then dot concealer on. Concealer is usally in little tubes or in tubes that look like lip gloss or sometimes in a lip stick form. Foundation can be in a larger tube or glass bottle.
Hope I helped! ♥ [ xHC0Barbi3x's advice column | Ask xHC0Barbi3x A Question ]
rainbowcherrie answered Wednesday September 7 2005, 12:02 pm: Concealer is used to cover things like spots, blemishes and dark circles under your eyes whereas foundation is used as an all over base. Usually concealer is worn under foundation but some people only use one or the other. [ rainbowcherrie's advice column | Ask rainbowcherrie A Question ]

sshelbyy answered Tuesday September 6 2005, 6:33 pm: concealer is really thick and is normally used to cover a CERTAIN spot. (usually comes in stick or tube or lipgloss like applicater)
where as, foundation is applied to your whole face to even out your skin tone or be a base for make up. (usually liquid in a jar type thing) [ sshelbyy's advice column | Ask sshelbyy A Question ]

Karen answered Tuesday September 6 2005, 5:54 pm: Foundation is the base of your make up, where as a concealer is used to conceal certain areas of your face. Usually, you'll use a concealer under your eyes to hide dark circles. [ Karen's advice column | Ask Karen A Question ]
guitargirl answered Tuesday September 6 2005, 5:54 pm: ok so concealer is what you use on small stuff (like blemishes-zits/pinples-under eye rings-or any other TINY marks you to cover up)
and foundation is for the big picture, the whole face for uneaven skin tones, redness in areas (though i DO NOT recomend you use it on sun burns because they will inflame and it's big awful mess so basically DON'T) ect.
hope this helps & didn't bore you to death with my lenghty discription!
SweetKissez answered Tuesday September 6 2005, 5:52 pm: You use foundation before you put your makeup on.
The foundation evens out your skin tone.
Concealer you use for dark circles under your eyes.
You may also use concealer to cover up pimples.
